一、 產(chǎn)品簡介
本系列變壓器,利用精良的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備,采用線圈繞組環(huán)氧真空澆注及CD型鐵芯的新工藝,和同類產(chǎn)品油浸式變壓器相比,明顯地降低重量,減少體積,在質(zhì)量上提高了絕緣強度和抗?jié)癯潭?,并有效地削弱了漏磁而大大加強了變壓器承受試驗短路電流的沖擊能力。

四、 工作原理
本系列產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品輸入電壓為200V,利用電磁感應(yīng)原理根據(jù)需要改變輸入電壓,即可獲得輸出高壓從零伏連續(xù)可調(diào)到額定高值。
在作直流耐壓及泄露電流測試時,只要把高壓硅堆旋裝在高壓輸出端,即可改變輸入電壓,從而獲得不同值的直流高壓輸出。

五、 使用方法
(1)試驗前,要將高壓試驗變壓器的外殼“ ”端,電源控制箱的接地端“ ”必須良好接地,否則將危及人身與設(shè)備的安全。
(2)操作前必須熟悉高壓試驗變壓器與電源控制箱的電氣原理理接線圖。如果檢幫直流耐壓與泄露試驗時,可先將高壓哇或微安表旋在高壓試驗變壓器的高壓端。
(3)準(zhǔn)備完畢,檢查線路無誤后,可合上總電源開關(guān),此時紅色開關(guān)指示燈也亮。假如不亮應(yīng)把調(diào)壓器手柄按逆時針方向返回零位,紅色停止按鈕上的指示燈亮,否則起動按鈕拒絕合作。
(4)按下起動按鈕,綠色按鈕指示燈亮,這時按順時針每秒1.5-2千伏的速度均勻緩慢地旋動調(diào)壓器手柄,高壓逐步上升并密切注意電壓表的指示及試品情況,直到調(diào)到所需試驗高壓為止。
(5)要測試產(chǎn)品的耐壓試驗時間,可拔動定時器所需定時時間再按下定時與報警開關(guān),即在規(guī)定的時間里測試產(chǎn)品耐壓,然后報警告知,若被測產(chǎn)品被擊穿,過流繼電器自動跳閘,此時電壓表值讀數(shù),即為產(chǎn)品擊穿電壓之值。
(6)如需保護(hù)被測產(chǎn)品免被擊穿,可先在高壓側(cè)連續(xù)接保護(hù)球隙調(diào)整保護(hù)球放電電壓為試驗電壓的1.15倍左右。

六、 注意事項
1、 高壓電器的絕緣試驗產(chǎn)品的安全正確,除熟悉本產(chǎn)品說明書外,必須按國家有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和規(guī)劃進(jìn)行;GTB16927-1996《高壓試驗技術(shù)》、DL/T596-1996《電力設(shè)備預(yù)防性試驗規(guī)程》
2、 由于本系列產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計特點及其結(jié)構(gòu)限制,在額定輸出容量下的連續(xù)使用不能超過二小時,如需再使用,可斷電休息二小時后再通電。
在三分之二額定電壓和三分之二額定電流下可經(jīng)連續(xù)使用。
3、 在正常的高壓電器絕緣中,本系列產(chǎn)品不允許超過額定輸出電壓使用。
4、 用本系列產(chǎn)品組成串級高壓試驗時,就特別注意檢查2、3級的變壓器本體及絕緣支架的狀況、連接線的正確性,整個系統(tǒng)的保護(hù)接地與保護(hù)接地狀況。
